Job Position – IT Support

Serve as the initial point of contact for all end-users seeking technical assistance via various channels, such as in-person, phone calls, emails, or ticketing systems.
· Issue Identification and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and other IT-related problems encountered by end-users, following established troubleshooting procedures.
· Incident Management: Track, document, and escalate reported issues to appropriate IT teams or vendors if needed, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with users throughout the process.
· Software Support: Install, configure, and support software applications used within the organization. Assist end-users with software-related inquiries, including user account management and permissions.
· Hardware Support: Provide hardware support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices. Perform hardware upgrades and replacements when necessary.
· Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks, updates, and system checks to ensure the optimal performance of end-user devices.
· Security Awareness: Promote and enforce security best practices, including password management, data protection, and software updates, to safeguard the organization’s information and systems
