Logistics Executive
Are you a detail-oriented professional passionate about coordinating export-import shipments and managing end-to-end logistics operations? Join our fast-paced, global logistics team and drive operational excellence across borders.
💼 Ideal Candidate:
🔹 Hands-on experience in shipment coordination and execution (EXIM & Local)
🔹 Well-versed with INCO Terms
🔹 Strong knowledge of logistics documentation and UAE customs regulations
🔹 A solution-driven mindset with the ability to manage and collaborate with vendors
🔹 Proficiency in shipment tracking systems, reporting tools, and cross-functional teamwork
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
✔️ Managing on-time delivery of international shipments
✔️ Ensuring accurate EXIM documentation and compliance with UAE transport laws & Hazardous Goods Regulations
✔️ Optimizing transportation and warehousing costs
✔️ Monitoring real-time shipment tracking and resolving delivery issues proactively
✔️ Working closely with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
