Information Technology Officer (Saudi)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to laptops and mobile phones.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, systems, software, networks, printers.
- Co-ordinate with other IT teams in any IT support or project implementation.
- Maintain records in the helpdesk system/tool and update them time to time.
- Install software to laptops and desktops.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ work-related experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- communication skills.
- Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP).
