Our retail wing, Al Resalah Pharmacy LLC SP, serves as a vital link between our clinical expertise and our community. We are looking for a dynamic, MOH/DHA/HAAD eligibility/evaluation holder Pharmacist who balances clinical precision with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.

The Role
In this dual-focus role, you will be responsible for the safe dispensing of medications while actively driving the pharmacy’s retail growth. You will be the face of Al Resalah, ensuring patients receive the right guidance while helping the pharmacy achieve its commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence: Dispense prescriptions accurately, verify dosages, and provide comprehensive counseling on medication use and side effects.
Sales & Business Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to recommend over-the-counter (OTC) products, supplements, and dermo-cosmetic solutions to meet monthly sales targets.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to UAE Ministry of Health regulations. This includes the diligent use of the Tatmeen platform for pharmaceutical traceability, serialization, and reporting.
Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, monitor near-expiry products, and coordinate with distributors to ensure a consistent supply of essential medicines.
Patient Relationship Management: Build lasting trust with patients through empathetic communication and expert health advice.
Insurance Processing: Efficiently handle insurance claims and approvals through various TPA portals.
Requirements
Licensure: Must hold a valid MOH, DHA, or DOH (HAAD) Pharmacist license/evaluation letter.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting within the UAE.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with pharmacy management software and the Tatmeen traceability system.
Sales Mindset: Proven ability to drive retail sales and engage customers effectively.
Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic is a significant advantage).
Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, and a high degree of integrity.
