ACC is Hiring!
We’re hiring a Sales Officer at Arabian Cement Company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Follow up customers deposits by (Fax, mail, whatsapp) till posting in customer accounts.
• Responding to daily calls from customers for their inquiries about bank deposits, reviewing credits, booking, and dispatching QTY.
• Working on company system (SAP) to book sales orders, issue coupons, receipt forms,reposts, and deliver the final monthly invoices.
• Preparing daily reports (daily booking, daily dispatch, governmental report, monthly close,etc.), also preparing monthly and annual reports.
• Solving customers problems and inquiries about their accounts.
• Responsible for closing the customer& accounts according to the customer request.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferable in finance.
– 1 to 3 years of experience in the same position.
– Time-Oriented
– Great Verbal and Written Communication Skills,
– Consumer Relations Skills.
