Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Typist with 1 to 2 years of experience in Dubai and Sharjah to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing speed and accuracy, experience in handling government and legal documentation, and proficiency in both English and Arabic typing. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
· Typing and formatting official documents, contracts, reports, and
correspondence.
· Handling government-related documentation such as visa applications,
trade licenses, labor contracts, and other official forms.
· Managing data entry tasks and maintaining records in both physical and
digital formats.
· Reviewing and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and
compliance with UAE regulations.
· Assisting in legal documentation preparation for business and
immigration processes.
· Coordinating with Dubai and Sharjah government departments for
document submissions and approvals.
· Ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in typing, data entry, or a similar role.
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40-50 words per minute).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software.
Good knowledge of English and Arabic typing (preferred but not mandatory).
