We are looking for an experienced PRO to join our hospitality team in the UAE.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of UAE legal procedures, labour laws, and visa processes
• Previous hotel experience is mandatory
• Strong connections with local government offices and authorities
• Experience handling visa applications, Emirates ID, labour cards, and immigration procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate efficiently with government departments
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE hospitality industry
• Experience in screening candidates and supporting HR-related tasks
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
• Knowledge of recruitment coordination and onboarding procedures is an advantage
