About the Client:
A well known group of companies with expertise in multiple business units such as technology, healthcare, real estate, tourism, food & beverage and hospitality
Job Description:
- Liaise between suppliers and restaurant outlets to ensure their needs are being met
- Negotiate contracts and monitor the quality of service and product provided
- Coordinate with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs
- Ensure the purchasing systems are up to date with products and pricing to facilitate its smooth operation at restaurant level
- Manage daily purchasing activities, supervise staff, and allocate tasks
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in similar role
- Bachelor’ degree in related course
