Success Hospitality Group is a dynamic hospitality company in Dubai, committed to quality, innovation, and delivering memorable dining experiences. We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee of daily operations at our Grand Zor Restaurant in Fairmont, Palm Jumeirah.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
– Lead, mentor, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
– Monitor and maintain quality control of food, service, hygiene, and ambiance.
– Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain seamless operations.
– Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
– Manage budgeting, cost control, and inventory to optimize profitability.
– Prepare operational reports and participate in strategic planning with senior management.
Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant managerial role, preferably within high-end or fine dining establishments in Dubai.
– Fluent in English and Russian (both spoken and written) – preferably .
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to lead and inspire a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
