Site Architect

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Architect for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Site Architect will oversee architectural design implementation, ensure projects meet quality and safety standards, and align with client expectations.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Oversee and supervise all architectural works on-site
• Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams
• Coordinate between architectural and structural drawings; in case of any discrepancies, raise them to the consultant for clarification
• Review shop drawings, materials, and method statements
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues in real-time
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines
• Support project documentation and reporting

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮)
• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Site Architect in the UAE construction industry
• Proven experience working on large-scale building projects (residential/commercial/high-rise preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and authority approvals
• Proficient in AutoCAD and architectural detailing
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills on-site
• Must be currently available in the UAE
