GCC Exchange is looking for an experienced Alternate Compliance Officer (ACO) to join our team in the UAE. If you have a strong background in compliance within exchange houses and deep knowledge of AML/CFT frameworks, we’d love to hear from you.
🔹 Role Highlights:
• Support the Compliance Officer in implementing and monitoring compliance policies
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal controls
• Assist with AML/CFT compliance, monitoring, and reporting
• Conduct internal reviews and risk assessments
• Prepare reports and support regulatory inspections and audits
• Liaise with regulators and internal stakeholders
🔹 Requirements:
• CAMS Certification
• Minimum 8 years of compliance experience in an exchange house
• Strong understanding of UAE regulatory & AML/CFT frameworks
• Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills
• Currently based in the UAE
