We’re Hiring: Audit Specialist (Healthcare – Arabic Speaking)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Audit Specialist to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting operational and financial audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
🔹 Conduct internal audits across departments and healthcare facilities
🔹 Review financial, operational, and compliance processes
🔹 Identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement
🔹 Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards
🔹 Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations
🔹 Collaborate with department heads to strengthen internal controls
🔹 Support management in improving operational efficiency
🔹 Follow up on corrective action plans and implementation

Qualifications
General Requirements
Educational Qualification
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in the relevant allied health specialty (e.g., Medical Laboratory Technology, Radiology, Cardiovascular Technology, Neurodiagnostics).
- The program must be from a recognized institution and meet DOH standards.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
- Internship may be counted if documented and approved.
Language Proficiency
- Competency in English (Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory for most roles).
