We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security coordinator to lead the security operations for a key project in Kuwait.
Responsibilities:
– Supervise and manage security personnel to ensure the highest standards of security operations.
– Collaborate with project/security managers to ensure smooth and efficient security operations.
– Provide training and guidance to security staff to ensure they are well-equipped to handle emergency situations.
– Respond to security related incidents and emergencies promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages
– Demonstrated experience in security supervision
– Strong leadership qualities
– Exceptional customer service skills
– Physical fitness and ability to perform security duties
