We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Officer to join our growing team in the UAE.
If you have strong expertise in purchasing and procurement especially within the medical, laboratory, or life science sector we would love to hear from you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage purchasing activities and supplier coordination
• Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and on time
• Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and supplier terms
• Ensure stock availability and timely procurement
• Maintain supplier records and support cost-effective purchasing
• Coordinate with logistics and sales teams for smooth order fulfillment
🔹 Requirements:
• Proven experience in procurement or as a Purchase Officer
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in the UAE market (highly preferred)
• Knowledge of medical or life science products is a plus
