Procurement Officer
Qualifications:
• Related role and industry experience required
• Knowledge of local and international sourcing, customs procedures, and trade compliance
• Proficiency in procurement systems and data reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Key Responsibilities:
• Source, evaluate and transact to both local and international suppliers
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement of goods and services
• Monitor inventory levels, track orders, and coordinate with relevant department for proper stock management
• Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular reports
