Marketing & Communications Executive

We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Executive with a passion for fine dining, a flair for aesthetics, and the strategic mindset to elevate our brands across digital and on-ground touchpoints. You’ll work alongside a fun, fast-paced team of creatives, chefs, and operators to shape and share the voice of some of Dubai’s most exciting culinary destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support social media, content calendars & campaign rollouts across multiple high-end venues
• Assist with photo/video shoots, content creation, newsletters & CRM
• Coordinate website updates, menus, and delivery/reservation platforms
• Track performance across digital channels and turn insights into action
• Collaborate with chefs, creatives, and ops on seasonal launches & activations
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality marketing/communications
• Proficient in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite), CRM/newsletter platforms, and basic design tools like Canva
• Familiarity with SevenRooms and Deliveroo from a brand perspective
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills – you love a good spreadsheet
• Experience working across multiple venues or brands is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English – writing, editing, and briefing
• A love for design, food, storytelling, and elegant branding
• Self-starter attitude with great attention to detail and follow-through
The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing all human resources operations, ensuring HR strategies align with our business goals, and developing a positive work culture. This role will support restaurant managers and staff with recruitment, training, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
Main Duties:
Manage hiring processes for all restaurant roles, from job postings to new hire orientation.
Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, promoting a positive and respectful workplace environment.
Coordinate staff training programs and support leadership development across restaurant locations.
Guide managers through evaluations, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure legal compliance, maintain accurate records, and support payroll and benefits administration.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, monitor retention metrics, and lead recognition programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, food service, or retail
Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
