Open Position: Accounting Clerk
Location: Hamriyah Free zone, Sharjah | UAE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting tasks and support smooth financial operations.

🔶 Key Responsibilities:
– Data entry and document scanning
– Preparation of journal entries
– Typing and maintaining accurate records

🔷 Educational Qualification:
– B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) preferable, but not mandatory
.
🔶 Communication Skills:
– Proficient in English and Hindi
.
🔶 Skills Required:
– Good knowledge of MS Excel
– Basic understanding of accounting principles

We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Management Officer to join our Human Resources team. This role is key in shaping and executing our talent strategies—focusing on performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.

🔹 What You’ll Do:
Lead talent reviews and workforce planning
Drive the performance management cycle
Partner with L&D on upskilling initiatives
Manage succession plans and career paths
Analyze engagement survey results and talent metrics

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
4–6 years of HR experience (with 2+ in talent management or OD)
Bachelor’s in HR or related field (Master’s preferred)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
