Job Position – Medical Records Analyst

Hiring: Medical Records Analyst
Location: Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), UAE
Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, or related healthcare field
• Medical background is required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Records / Health Information Management
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation
• Familiarity with JCI standards is an advantage
• Good English communication skills
• Proficient in medical records systems and electronic documentation
Mandatory Certification:
• CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) or CCA (Certified Coding Associate)
Preferred Certifications:
• RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator)
• RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician)
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze medical records for completeness and compliance
• Track and follow up on documentation deficiencies
• Manage filing, scanning, retrieval, and archiving of records
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of patient information
• Prepare reports and support medical records department operations
