🌿We’re Hiring – HR & Admin Assistant
Luxland Landscaping LLC is looking for a proactive, organized, and energetic HR & Admin Assistant to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Recruitment coordination and onboarding of employees
✅ Labour management and coordination for Maintenance, MEP, and Construction teams
✅ Attendance, leave, and employee records management
✅ Coordination with PRO for visas, labour cards, medicals, Emirates ID, and other government-related processes
✅ Reception and front desk responsibilities, including handling calls, visitors, and correspondence
✅ Office administration and vendor coordination
✅ Support payroll preparation and HR documentation
✅ Assist with company licenses, renewals, and general administration
Requirements:
✔ Previous UAE experience in HR & Administration
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Experience handling blue-collar workforce and labour-related matters is an advantage
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
✔ Ability to multitask and work independently
✔ UAE Driving License is an advantage

Draftsman (Civil & MEP)
Luxland Landscaping LLC is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our growing team in Dubai.
🔹 Requirements:
– Experience in Civil and MEP drafting
– Knowledge of swimming pools, water features, irrigation systems, piping networks, and landscaping works
– Ability to prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings
– Familiarity with site execution requirements and project coordination
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software
– UAE experience preferred
🔹 Responsibilities:
– Prepare and revise technical drawings as per project requirements
– Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams
– Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and client requirements
– Support construction and MEP teams with accurate technical documentation
