📝 Position Summary:
S.S. Lootah Group is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our growing team in Dubai.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and revise architectural shop drawings and detailed construction drawings.
• Develop technical specifications and project documentation.
• Coordinate drawings with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review project requirements and ensure drawings meet design and construction standards.
• Assist in resolving technical and design-related issues during project execution.
📌 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the architectural design and drafting field.
• Strong hands-on experience in preparing shop drawings for various project types.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience in preparing technical specifications and construction documentation.
• Strong understanding of architectural standards, building regulations, and detailing.
• Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
