YS Lootah Tech, a leading IT solutions provider in Dubai, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to deliver exceptional technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site and remote IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
* Assist with system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
* Perform system maintenance, updates, and security patches.
* Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.
* Document processes and maintain customer issue records.
Qualifications:
* Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in IT support.
* Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and cloud solutions.
Skills:
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting and multitasking.
