📢 We are Hiring: IT Support Engineer (Resident) – Sharjah
FSI Information Technology is looking for a Resident IT Support Engineer to join our team in Sharjah.
Requirements:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to join our IT operations team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support in the domain of End User Support, ensuring seamless operation of desktop systems, AV infrastructure, and collaboration tools.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity.
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar IT support role
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills
