💰 Salary: AED 24,000 – 32,000 per month

What you’ll do:
• Manage end-to-end IT service delivery and support operations
• Ensure SLA compliance and high service quality
• Lead service improvement and process optimization initiatives
• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and support teams
• Manage vendors and third-party service providers
Ideal profile:
• Strong experience in IT service management or delivery roles
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service operations
