-Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in the UAE.
-Ability to work independently and within a team environment
-Experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
-Knowledge of performance management and employee relations.
-Understanding of compensation and benefit programs, including payroll administration.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
