Description
seeking a proactive and experienced Quality Coordinator to join our Quality & Patient Safety Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving hospital quality standards, supporting accreditation efforts, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate hospital-wide quality indicators and performance improvement initiatives.

Assist in preparation and coordination for national and international accreditations (e.g., JCI, ISO, etc.).

Conduct audits, analyze data, and prepare reports on quality metrics and patient safety.
-
Support clinical and non-clinical departments in implementing quality improvement plans.
-
Provide training and awareness programs to staff on quality, safety, and risk management.
-
Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.

Participate in root cause analyses and risk assessments.
Requirements
✅ Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Coordinator in a hospital setting.

Knowledge and practical experience with hospital accreditation processes (e.g., JCI, ISO).

Strong understanding of healthcare quality standards, patient safety, and risk management.

Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools is preferred.
