📢 We’re Hiring: Document Controller – Building Materials Industry (Filipina Female, 1–3 Years Experience)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to join our team in the building materials sector. This role is open to Filipina female candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in documentation, administration, or related roles.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage and organize company documentation, ensuring accuracy, security, and easy retrieval.
2.Maintain records of incoming and outgoing documents, drawings, contracts, and specifications.
3.Ensure that all documents are properly categorized, filed, and archived according to company standards.
4.Update and maintain document control logs, registers, and databases
Collaborate with different departments (e.g., sales, procurement, logistics) to track and distribute technical and non-technical documents.
5.Ensure that all documents comply with legal, quality, and safety standards.
6.Handle document revisions, approvals, and version control.
7.Assist with data entry and clerical duties when required.
8.Provide support to the project or operations team with document-related tasks.
✅ Requirements:
• Filipina female candidate.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in document control, preferably in construction or building materials.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of document management systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
