We are a local Real Estate Company in Dubai, looking for proactive brokers focused on the Secondary market & off-plan. The ideal candidate will assist clients with buying/selling and renting properties, growing our customer base by generating leads, and counseling clients on the secondary market.
Requirements :
1. Experience in Real Estate
2. Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently in closing sales.
5. Great honesty and integrity skills
6. Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
7. Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
8. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
9. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
10. Evaluate clients’ financial abilities and research properties within their buying power
11. Please note only candidates that are in Dubai will be considered.
Experience :
1. Real Estate: minimum 1-year expertise required.
2. Skills : Real Estate Experience, Excellent sales & rental skills
