Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲:
– Build & manage 3x pipeline
– Close AED 1M+ projects
– Drive new client acquisition
– Strengthen repeat business (40%+)
– Lead BD and Marketing team performance
– Ensure pipeline visibility & reporting

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
– Experience in UAE luxury fit-out / contracting
– Proven high-value deal closures
– Strong network with developers & architects
– Ability to execute GTM strategy
– Strong client-facing leadership presence
