About The Role
Representing See & Recruit in Dubai markets. Managing the Real Estate/ Financial Services Executive Search business .
Client Management (20%)
- Client business mining/ wallet management
- Finalizing job specifications and descriptions for the vacancy
- Quality Management
- Interview coordination with Clients
- Assisting Clients in Remuneration negotiation
- Face time to the existing clients
Years of Experience – 5 years plus
