Skillset: Specialized in IT Recruiting.
Salary : AED – 7,500 to 8,000+ Incentives
The role involves, Screening Resume, Interviewing Candidates, Technical Recruiting. Performed full life cycle recruiting, qualification of candidates and taking them throughout the placement process.
Hnads of experince on reporting in excel and formulas.
Responsible for developing strategies to target and recruit candidate pool by using a variety of tools and techniques.
Handle the tasks of online posting, content and source code tracking
Having Experience in permanent staffing outsourcing & Contract Staffing & outsourcing
Track all the requisition, information and status of the candidate in applicant tracking system as well as provide reports as required.
Emiratization is a pluse.
