Job Position – Quality Officer

– Develop, update, and maintain processes, procedures, and standards as per the company requirements in alignment with local and international laws.
– Implement a quality monitor system to ensure all placed processes and procedures are complied with. (KPI System) / or follow the company KPI system.
– Train employees on quality standards, compliance requirements, and best practices
– Conduct regular quality assessments and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
– Ensure the organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
– Plan and execute internal and external audits to assess compliance and quality.
– Analyze audit findings and develop action plans to address deficiencies.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality and compliance activities.
– Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
– Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency and ensure implementation.
– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement efforts.
– Coordinate and guide the HSE Officer to ensure implementation of the Environmental, Health, and Safety system.
