Job Position – Personal Assistant (Female)

Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree and/or Secretarial Course
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position – Semi Government & MNCs
Public sector experience would be an advantage
Bilingual (Oral & Written) both Arabic & English.
The role will be to provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to the Chief Executive Officer, helping him to manage and prioritize his time.
Roles and Responsibilities (Include but not limited to):
– Demonstrated experience in an administration/ executive PA & Office Management role in a pressurised
environment, requiring tact, judgement and discretion in handling internal and external contacts (essential)
– Experience in diary management/ researching and booking of travel and accommodation (essential)
– Must be proficient with the keyboard and IT applications
– Expert level on Outlook
– Excellent oral and written communications skills in both Arabic and English and ability to professionally represent
the CEO’s office
– Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team
– Attention to details and deadlines
– Ability to filter information and assess priorities
– Transcribes drafts, proofreads and revises correspondence, memos, flyers, agendas, minutes, proposals,
resolutions and policies.
– Assists in the completion of various forms, notices, press releases and other communications, which may
require posting and/or publication.
– Completes the CEO’s report, which requires input from all departments and is presented to the Board of
Directors.
– Provides administrative support for the completion of documentation of Board agenda items.
