Job Position – Mep Project Manager

Understanding of drawings, Builders’ work Drawings, and MEP Coordination services drawings.
· Development of flexible workforce, Planning, and Scheduling for resource optimization.
· Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Carry out the work as per standards and Authority jurisdiction.
· Responsible for Project Execution.
· Responsible for Estimate of Quantity and B.O.Q, the indent of material
· Meeting with the Safety Manager to make sure all safety norms and TBT provide safe working conditions.
· Coordination and supervision of installation of the Electrical & Mechanical systems of projects.
· Assist the project team in the procurement of Project Consumables, types of machinery and equipment.
· Review System installation and services in Project.
· Review the design of All MEP services of projects.
· Work closely with other Architects, Engineers, Draftsperson and Quantity Surveyors in the planning of projects, scheduling of tasks, and developing an integrated design.
· Review and ensure the documents prepared meets the quality standard requirements.
· Responsible for the timely delivery of the expected outputs.
· Carry out the design of services for projects according to the Client’s Design requirement and as per international standards and codes of practice.
.Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
· Carry out site inspections and assessments as required and prepare reports when required.
· Coordinate the works and submissions with all other disciplines.
· Coordinate the team effort to complete any task as would be required and appropriate if assigned.
· Assist in scheduling requested tasks related to Project Requirements.
· Perform any other tasks relevant to the project when required.
. Experience with proven track record in having delivered complex MEP systems projects, preferably within the UAE industry.
