-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
-Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
