Job Position – IT Specialist

JOB DUTIES:
* Install and configure computers, Hard wares ,Systems, Networks,Printers,ETC.
* Support Staff either face to face , over the phone or remotely for solving problems.
* Troubleshooting system network problems, diagnosing and solving hardwares & Softwares faults.
* Replace PCs/ laptops, printers as required.
* Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
* Setup new users account and profiles.
* Responding in a timely manner to services, issues and requests.
## JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor degree in information system.
* CCNA or MCSA is plus.
* +3 year of experience
