Required Skills:
-Excellent in Desktop Support (Windows environment).
-Excellent communication skills (IT Service Desk Experience) preferred.
-Excellent office skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
-Experience in Service Desk Systems.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate of Computer Engineering/Science/IT.
2-3 Years Experience in the same or related job.
ITIL Foundation Certificate.
IT Related certificates will be an advantage (Microsoft, Cisco etc.)
