Job Position – IT Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
* Market research to identify the prospects and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
* Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
* Renewals data collection
* Updating and maintaining database on the CRM
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in tele sales required.
* Excellent English communication skills are necessary.
* Proficiency in Arabic communication is an added advantage.
* Knowledge of IT cloud products is preferred.
Experience:
Telemarketer: 3 years (Preferred)
IT Industry: 3 years (Preferred)
