Wqtah is a tech startup based in Qatar. We are launching a new online booking platform in the tourism industry with a focus on local tourism. We are looking for a person who is willing to work in a startup ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team leader. You will be a Sales Manager who will plan, implement, and oversee our sales strategies. You should excel in working in outbound sales and have outstanding communication and leadership skills. You’ll be working with a tightened, small, and hardworking team.
Responsibilities:-
- Hit sales quotas.
- Mentor and train sales reps.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new salespeople.
- Create sales forecasts.
- Analyze performance data.
- Design and implement a scalable sales strategy.
- Continuously iterate on and improve upon sales processes.
Qualifications:-
Must-haves:
- Familiarity with CRM and other necessary software
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
- Prior management roles
- 5+ years’ of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice-to-haves:
- Outbound sales experience
- Experience working with SMBs
- Experience in the hospitality, sports, entertainment, and tourism markets.
