Job Position – Property Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Household Management:
– Supervise household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, and security.
– Develop staff schedules for efficient villa operations.
– Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
Property Maintenance:
– Manage maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
– Liaise with contractors for specialized tasks.
– Maintain the villa’s cleanliness and presentation.
Guest Services:
– Welcome residents and guests, addressing needs and requests efficiently.
– Organize events and activities.
– Oversee guest accommodations for comfort and service.
Financial Management:
– Handle the household budget, monitor expenses, and promote cost-effective operations.
– Keep accurate financial records and report to the property owner or manager.
– Manage procurement and inventory of household supplies.
Security:
– Ensure property and resident security and safety.
– Oversee security protocols and systems.
– Manage access control and surveillance with security staff.

Communication and Coordination:
– Serve as the primary liaison between staff and residents.
– Liaise with an owner’s representative concerning household operations

Prefer Nationality
Indian, Sri Lankan, Nepali, Malaysian, Indonesian.
