Contract – 1-year Extendable depending on Performance
Salary Range AED 20,000 – 23,000 Per Month
Job Description-
5+ years of experience in executing M&A integration projects
Develop the integration strategy, set integration guiding principles and act as a champion of the vision of the integration and program
Build and manage the integration budget and identify, track and capture synergies
· Understand the priorities, operating needs and responsibilities of the different work streams, and anticipate, plan and solve for cross‑functional interdependencies
· Communicate goals and objectives to all stakeholders across all levels in the organization, including senior executives, steering committee and sometimes the board management structure to create the drive needed to capture the value of the transaction
