Job Position – ELV Team Leader

Responsibilities :
· Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate assigned engineering work and ensure effective communication and coordination among the team.
· Meet with the Manager/Engineers to agree on mobilization and coordination activities: weekly meetings, on-site offices, storage area, communication, personal protective equipment
· Allocate technicians and sites to the assigned Supervisors/Technicians.
· Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely availability of necessary material.
· Assist in the development of project schedules and manpower requirements and ensure execution as per the schedule
· Perform project engineering duties on small to medium sized projects including ELV coordination
· Recognize critical design issues and resolve them on time by making necessary design changes and obtaining required approvals
· Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative repairs on all ELV systems.
· Time management and excellent problem-solving skills.
· Follow up with all sub-contractor and inspect their PPM activates.
· Reports to the in-charge Manager if any anomaly has been happened or observed to take immediate action.
· Strong interpersonal Skills with team members.
· Able to foster good relations with colleagues and be a good team player
Requirements :
· Either more than five years as an ELV technician or at least two years of experience as a team leader in the same field
· Excellent knowledge in ICT and ELV system.
· Valid UAE Driving License.
Qualifications:
· Engineering-related bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent
· Knowledge of Control4, Crestron, KNX, Lutron, Dynalite, and Savant programming is advantageous.
