Job Position – Business Solution Analyst

Duration: 1 Year – Extendable
Salary: 16,000 AED
Educational and Technical Qualifications:
· BS/BA degree in a software or technical industry (or equivalent practical experience).
· 5+ years’ experience successfully performing in similar roles (business consulting).
· Strong focus on consultative, solution-based selling, at an Enterprise level.
· Scrum Certification.
· Six Sigma Certification.
· Project Management Professional (PMP).
· Experience in conducting successful discovery engagements, diving deep into a customer’s operational challenges focused on Order-to-Cash excellence.
· Problem-solver with skills in risk management and prioritization.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Collaborates with the Project Manager, the Business Partner, Systems Analysts and Systems Support Analysts to develop business cases, high level plans and project closure documents. Participates in meetings as required to support the Business Partners in the communication and promotion of services and products.
· Keeps informed of key initiatives, proposals, and requirements of each client group Executes the initiatives identified in the vision and strategy.
· Participates in user story development and prioritization with Product Owner and Scrum Team Conducts specific business analysis activities to support the Development Team.
