Job Position – School Principal

The Management of a very dynamic Indian curriculum school in Abu Dhabi UAE, with a strength of around 400 staff and 4000 + student capacity looking for an experienced School Principal.
The candidate should have self-confidence and proven capability in leading a school with a similar capacity and/or have the caliber to provide guidance and training for the staff members, capability in guiding to make analysis on assessments and preparing SMART action plans, guiding to prepare and executing School development plans (SDP) and preparing self-evaluations forms (SEF), competency in preparing official communications and should have excellent communication and presentation skills in English. The candidate must work collaboratively with all members of staff and communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders to achieve academic excellence by fulfilling the vision policy of the school and as per the directions of the Management. It is imperative that the school Principal shall have a thorough understanding of the expectations of the UAE National Agenda, School inspection (Irtiqa) parameters of UAE, etc. The ideal candidate is also expected to demonstrate competence in all the areas of the UAE Principal Standards.
Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in any field related to School subjects obtained through regular study from a recognized University
- Master’s degree / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Education.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Secondary School in a similar leadership role
- Experience in Curriculum Development & Design
- Excellence in the conduct of Teacher Training programs.
Other desired qualifications:
- Higher academic qualifications like a Doctorate degree
- IELTS Academic (6.5 or above) or equivalent
- Extracurricular achievements.
Salary & other service conditions:
AED. 20,000/- (Negotiable) plus other benefits.
