We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer, who will take direction from the Art Director to design, and adapt brand assets. You will play an integral part in developing visuals and creative for the success of Noble Panacea.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Adapt product marketing materials in preparation of global launches: Packaging, POSM, leaflets, Press release, fact sheets, diverse sales or training tools…
Develop global assets, but with a focus on creative assets for US/Canada region
Develop advertising assets including print and digital: Google ads, POSM, IG/FB ad
Adapt creative assets and visuals for marketing campaigns or branding assets in all declinations (format and languages) (for website, newsletters, google ads, SM platforms, e-adv, banners, in-store, e-tailers). All assets should follow US digital best practices.
Create assets for sales, retailers and marketing specific demands
Create gifs, photo montages, visuals, motion design, illustrations, and videos specifics for retailers
Help define and create design sales and training materials for our partners and sales team in the US, following Sales and Marketing brief
Help to develop new visuals or banners for website & newsletters, when required
Illustrates concept by designing layout regarding arrangement, size, style, and related aesthetic concepts. Following marketing or sales briefs.
Decline/Adapt existing design to different formats and languages.
Ensure design is aligned across all touch points (POSM, digital, packaging, retailers…)
Adapt and respect existing design to different formats
Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining brand guidelines
Collaborate with mood board research pictures based on the marketing strategy.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
Retouch and correct images when needed: models, products, ingredients…
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Observe and analyze trends in all creative areas
Obtains approval of concept by submitting layout to Art Director for any asset
Assist Art Director with other projects when required
Required qualifications & competencies:
Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising or equivalent
Must have lived in US, with knowledges of best practices in US retail and digital space
American English native speaker
Junior to mid-level experience in design, working in beauty/skincare or fashion industry, experience in the luxury sector is a big plus
Strong skills in digital are a must – Knowing best Practices.
Strong sensitivity to the beauty and/or luxury sector
Strong sensitivity to layout and typography
Ideally has experienced different cultures and mindsets to aid your work
Understanding of branding, plus fluency in digital
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect/Premier Pro)
Experienced in photo retouching and on film/video editing and adaptation
Able to give and receive constructive criticism and changes
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task several projects at once
Must possess a positive attitude and excited to thrive in a collaborative, startup environment
Collaborative team player with the ability to shift gears quickly and efficiently
Most of all, you are passionate and willing to delve into every corner of our brand to truly define and polish our visual identity
