Job Position – Executive Accounts – Financial Reporting

Responsibilities:
– Participates in the implementation of Fixed Asset
– Maintains fixed assets records processing additions, retirements and transfers between locations
– Runs depreciation projections and books actual depreciation
– Performs month-end accounting close activities for fixed assets and leased assets
– Maintains internal controls and compliance with company policies and with IFRS
– PPE management (creation, depreciation allocation, project settlement, tagging, count, disposal, & transfer)
– Right of use of assets, lease interest, and lease liabilities reconciliation and posting of monthly entries
– Prepayment monitoring, amortization, and reconciliation (general & medical insurance, rent, AMC, software, licenses, etc.)
– Air ticket & leave salary provision reconciliation and posting of monthly entries
-Monthly reconciliation of control accounts related to asset clearing and lease payments
Salary: 4k to 6k AED (Maximum)
