Job Position – HR Manager
Job Details Here
Location: Bahrain
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR in Bahrain; Must have team handling experience; Must have experience in handling HR for more than one company.
Languages: English and Arabic
Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems in MM Group
Actively involved in manpower planning and recruitment; prepare job description and manage the hiring process
Develop HR policies and review employment procedures. Maintain in-depth knowledge of HR requirements relating to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance
Manage performance management process
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements; manage and update employees’ details in employee portals
Perform payroll administration, ensure payroll procedures are current and in compliance. vendor
Prepare and analyse HR budget and implement best practices for effective cost management.
Review, design and administer benefits programs
Manage onboarding and exit processes
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
Develop training and development programs, including internship program
Conceptualise employees’ events to inject positive vibes, improve work relationship and build morale
