Job Position – HR Recruiter

We are searching for a resourceful and compassionate HR Recruiter for our team to fulfill our hiring needs by recruiting within UAE as well as outside UAE depending upon the client’s requirement.
Responsibilities:
-Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
-Conduct interviews online or in-person
-Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
-Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
-Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
-Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
-Identify recruitment sources, networking leads, social media, advertising resources, and other tools to attract candidates.
-Recruiting directly from the Philippines and other countries upon client requirement.
-Coordinate client & candidate relationships, deliver solutions in a timely, professional, and responsive manner.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
-Effective communication skills
-Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
-High-energy and passion
-Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
-1-3yrs experience in recruitment (UAE Experience not mandatory)
-Immediate joiners prefered
Location- Dubai
Salary- Negotiable, depending on experience & Qualification.
