Job Position – Joinery Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and manage joinery projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
– Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
– Oversee site installations, ensuring that joinery works are carried out according to specifications and industry standards.
– Collaborate with the joinery team to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of materials to project sites.
– Conduct site visits to assess progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions to ensure successful project completion.
– Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in joinery works and site installation, with a strong understanding of joinery materials, techniques, and best practices.
– Demonstrated project coordination and management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
– Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
– Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
– A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
– english and Arabic language is a must.
