Proficient in working on ITSM systems.
four years of relevant experience
such as A+ / Network + / MCSE /CCNA are required.
Ability to communicate technical issues to technical and non-technical employees
Proficient in troubleshooting and supporting CCTV systems, Fortinet network systems, Windows 10/11, and Office 365 platform.
Quick analytic response to resolve issues in any situation
Self-motivated
require travel between multiple to UAE
