– Create technical drawings from the design of Architects and Interior designers.
– 5+ years of experience in the same field in the UAE.
– Preparing architectural drawings mainly Architectural layout / Joinery & Fit-out and shop drawings as per the approved BOQ.
– Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to Architectural/Interior fit-out & Joinery.
– Must have experience in Residential and Commercial Project.
– Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
– Develop technical drawings that adhere to industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
– Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with Autocad or Archicad. Basic knowledge of ArchiCAD required.
– Collaborate closely with architects and project teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
– Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
– Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and error-free drawings.
Preferred Diploma or degree in Architecture, interior design, or a related field.
– The candidate should be located in the UAE.
